This happened to me 3 times in the last month and a half, was having funny dreams and woke up laughing.

It is so weird right!
I mean.. tickle me, and I might break your ribs/nose/arm etc.
Dream tickle the tip of my toes, and I will wake myself up laughing..

Gearing up for the yearly insanity that is the Eurovision Song Contest

I'm baking a strawberry cake. It's my sweetheart's birthday tomorrow.
I've just put the Genoese biscuit dough in the oven. A good portion of vanilla is added to the strawberry topping.
Now I have half an hour to clean and cut the vegetables. Yes, strawberries are strictly speaking vegetables, because they are the bottoms of flowers and not fruit.
I'm just not quite sure what kind of glaze I should make. Let's see what the jam shelf and the store cupboard have to offer.
