Anyone else have issues with the NYT version since the switch? So we have a family text chain where we do this daily. When it transitioned to the NYT, we found we were not all on the same word. We adjusted (though it cost my a 40+ wordle streak because it reset me to 0) and all got back on the same word. Recently we discovered that despite the puzzle number being the same (today we were all on puzzle 290), we are again getting different words.

TLDR - the NYT can fuck off

I’ve realized that the (most minor) reason that I keep missing Worldle is that the countries are not to scale. So today’s threw me off because I was thinking it was a much different size that it was.

Same reason it took me 2 guesses today. It took me 2 guesses for Australia when they did that one. It was the scale thing for me too.
