I solved Semantle #36 in 88 guesses. My first guess had a similarity of 4.92. My first word in the top 1000 was at guess #21. My penultimate guess had a similarity of 13.04. https://semantle.novalis.org/

So I have today's Semantle in progress. I got a high similarity score on guess 3! But now I'm on guess 70. I've established the theme and guessed all around it, with highest guess 987/1000, and I have no idea where to go now. Hmph. I might not like Semantle.

One thing I’ve noticed is that you have to think of all meanings of the words that are close and even how they’re used. There was one the other day where I got “home” as a close word, but never thought to relate it to “home plate” in baseball…
