Well, the most effective factfucking is mostly or entirely true - the context being misleading or incomplete. As such, these ‘manipulators’ (a lie of a term, no hands need be involved) fuck their audience(s) mostly with truth. It’s mostly in what they don’t mention, or for the less-skilled, what they outright make up. So, contextual fact-fucking is generally considered more effective than manufacturing false facts. If they’re clever enough, their audiences may never know they were factfucked, believing these alleged manipulative types were themselves factfucked!
