How to play

I love food so let's all get cooking! Going by your CURRENT time, tell what you would cook for the person above you. Whether it's breakfast , lunch , dinner, desserts , snacks etc!

Then the next person will cook for the person above and so on.

So I'm first ,whose going to cook for me ,and what will you make? :)

A hearty lunch for a cold day - chicken noodle soup with hot, fresh bread and lots of butter.

I have all the ingredients for a roasted balsamic pear flatbread. I'll "Pear" it with a nice bottle of wine, and get the fire going.

It's 3:14pm... I can serve up some pineapple upside down cake that I made last night... and a glass of milk (or wine...or something..water, I guess?)

Great. I picked up some Iron City, it'll go well.

Poor Zydrate was missed :( I'll cook both of these litsters some bbq style ribs, mashed potatoes , a salad , and dinner rolls :D that's tonights dinner menu !

I dont know. What do you like? Coq Au Vin...French for Chicken in Wine. Or maybe Trout Meuniere Amandine which is trout with brown butter and almonds. I might be able to make something else. Hard to say.

I think he needs some tasty, warming comfort food. Maybe some pasta with homemade bolognese sauce. Maybe some long-simmering chicken vegetable soup with thick egg noodles. Maybe some pho. And a pumpkin bread pudding for dessert.

Fuck dude Pho is the way to go. Or Ramen but both are so silly to even try and make.

Something hearty on a cold winter's night: Guinness Beef Stew served over Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

After dinner here. How about something light? Chocolate mousse with raspberries?

Throwing a bag of sour patch kids at him. If he’s nice, the fruit ones. If he’s a dick, the sploders.

Well, I'll start with a bag of....peas. ;)

And throw together some egg fried rice and wontons.

I'm going to cook loaded potato soup with bacon, cheese, kale, onions and garlic because it is cold and snowing here!

poached eggs Benedict with an artichoke heart hollandaise sauce...cheesy potatoes and a fresh mixed berry salsa and a Mimosa for this mornings breakfast ( 7:30am)

Friday lunch: Philly cheese steak ala extraordinaire -- shaved beef, sautéed onions, mushrooms, in a Portuguese roll with mayo, topped with mozzarella and then broiled until all melted, served with sweet potato fries and a nice cold lager or three.

A snack before going out Friday evening:

Toasted onion bagels, cream cheese, lox;

Pita; hummus, sliced cucumber; alfalfa sprouts; and

Chilled pinot gris.

Simple dinner for a Monday night -- Alaskan cod, baked with just olive oil, salt and pepper, a champaign and shallot reduction cream sauce, steamed asparagus and white rice cooked with salt and garlic (to be slathered with said sauce as well). A Monday, so just cold seltzer to drink.
