███████████ Impeachment Proceedings On Donald Trump ███████████

Not when it involves article II and separation of powers, executive privilege and this minor event called impeachment, what part of 'THE HOUSE' don't you understand?

Good deflection, Que!

As I explained earlier, "executive privilege" shields the executive branch from JUDICIAL oversight, since CONGRESS has sole oversight authority over the executive branch. It does not apply here at all, since Congress is doing its' constitutionally-mandated job.

So, please, go be stupid someplace else.

He also ignores the phrase, "under its jurisdiction." The scope of what falls under the jurisdiction of any individual committee is subject to being defined by the entire house. You don't get to just decide that everything is under your jurisdiction. Nancy Pelosi can't unilaterally assign that to you either.

They *could* always change the house rules anytime they like and since they have the majority they could clearly define it any way they like.

After they put the rule changes to a vote.

That they still have not had.

I've tried 10 ways to Sunday to explain to Robby that a full house vote is needed to grant authority to one or more committees to expand its jurisdiction over article II executive powers. Its article I power ( oversight ) to investigate article II not Adam Schiff or Nancy Pelosi against Executive privilege. Robby seems to think that the house is a prosecutorial body ( DOJ in disguise ). A committee needs to be granted that authority by the full house. Could you imagine that if any committee member
having a bad day could subpoena anyone in the executive branch because he felt like it, hence separation of powers. Our government ceases to exist without those separations.

And they like to say failure to comply with their demand letters is obstruction of justice, when it isn't anything of the sort. Even if it were a lawful congressional subpoena being ignored it would be obstruction of the House.

Case study: Lois Lerner/criminal charges referred to DOJ/ IRS/ acquitted by DOJ
Eric Holder/FAST AND FURIOUS/ WH and DOJ do not file charges for contempt/executive privilege/ still in contempt of congress.

Both would be in prison if it were up to me. Along with the twerp that runs IRS whatever his name is.

Were you born this stupid or was your head repeatedly bashed into something hard over a period of years?

Yes, I know the truth hurts, but the answer is for you to seek an education. Your limited intellect has crippled you in the extreme in the daily discourse engaged in here. There's never been a more pitiful example of desiccated intellectual roadkill than one of your typical posts.

Mick Says .....

Trump holds back cash and equipment to make sure everything is on the up and up and corruption was being investigated.

Obama delivers cold hard cash by the pallets in the dead of night to the #1 sponsor of terrorism but hold your nose and look the other way.

We didn't do it, we didn't do it, we didn't do it. Dems making shit up because they lost the election. Deep state, deep state! Oh that, yeah we did that, so what!

Hilary lies, Benghazi, Benghazi, Benghazi!

A comparison standard: the fire fire hair on fire Trump scandal compared to the Obama shit ice cream when dealing with foreign policy.
