███████████ Impeachment Proceedings On Donald Trump ███████████

https://www.politico.com/news/2019/10/28/donald-trump-muller-grand-jury-material-059893

The Trump administration is appealing a judge’s ruling requiring the Justice Department to give the House Judiciary Committee grand jury materials related to former special counsel Robert Mueller’s report.

The decision Friday from Chief Judge Beryl Howell of U.S. District Court in Washington effectively put the onus on the Justice Department to persuade the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals or, perhaps, the Supreme Court, to reverse her ruling.
But Trump and Barr said that Mueller exonerated Trump, and everyone is demanding transparency. Why would they block the grand jury materials, unless they show that he's guilty as hell?

Why are Trump and cronies mounting such an obstructionist campaign at all if they aren't guilt as sin of multiple crimes/corruptions? The Trumpettes here certainly don't want to deal with that. They'd rather wallow with Trump in the slime.

Gosh and golly gee whiz, is it possible that the Deplorables really don't want transparency?

For the protection of witnesses. Nadler can get them anytime he wants. I believe if Barr appeals to a higher court he will win. Congress can't keep a secret. I believe the Judge is wrong.

Why don't you read, and study a little bit, about grand juries, so you don't ask stupid questions.

You can post the correct responses a thousand times, they don't get it. Grand jury testimony is protected testimony. They got a court order and so far won and the judge was wrong to give it a green light. If it's leaked, you can expect witnesses to plead the 5th in the future.

Howell is a Barack appointee, just saying, how deep is the deep state?

That's why I told 'em to look it up themselves.
They won't. They don't care.

They have TDS. Terminal TDS. Listen for their little craniums as they explode. It could happen at any time.

Because the law says to.

Oh, so the law matters.

I think there is a disagreement about how the law applies to granting restricted Congressional access to the entire Mueller report, hence the lawsuit. And also, same reason for a lawsuit regarding access to Trump's IRS returns-- wanting a court ruling on the law.

And, if you don't think the law is being followed in the first part of this impeachment inquiry, why are the Republicans not suing Schiff for setting rules about which Congressional reps can attend the initial interviews with witnesses? Is that complaining about transparency a "law thing" or just whining?

Just asking...

A rep can't sue another rep. The heads of each committee were granted access, Nadler wants it available for all the house members. It needs to be in a classified setting for the protection of witnesses. Transparency is not the issue, the law is at issue!

Doesn't matter what you 'think' cunti.
Doesn't matter if you agree, or disagree.
It does matter what the law says.
Look it up.
Read it.
Make an opinion based on what the law says.....not what the fuck you want it to say, or some 'expert' tells you it says.
