THAT’S NOT HINKY AT ALL: White House U-Haul ramming suspect Sai Kandula jailed until next week, charges downgraded.

[Sai Varshith] Kandula later told federal agents he took a one-way flight from St. Louis to Washington, DC, and arrived around 8 p.m., court papers state. He then allegedly rented a U-Haul box truck and “drove directly to the White House.”
He allegedly said his goal was to “get to the White House, seize power, and be put in charge of the nation.”
When asked how, he responded he would “Kill the President if that’s what I have to do and would hurt anyone that would stand in my way,” according to court documents.
But now, hey, no biggie: “His federal charges have since been downgraded to a single count of depredation of property of the United States in excess of $1,000.”

Will get less, way less then the tourists at the Capital Jan 6

Yeah, it's evident that he wasn't much of an actual threat. Just another Trumpie who should be in the loony bin.

It’s clear that Kandula has some mental health issues if he thought he could successfully capture the White House and assume the role of the nation’s leader. But the media, which tripped over itself to suggest that the driver was a right-wing “white supremacist” assault seems quite foolish in hindsight, don’t you think? He clearly had no discernible plan, despite his claim to the contrary. He’s crazy. End of story. But that doesn’t mean he wasn’t dangerous. He clearly made threats that would merit the more serious charges he initially faced.

So why is the DOJ pretending like this was just a property damage incident? Is it because Kandula isn’t a U.S. citizen? Is it because he’s clearly crazy? Sadly, given the doubts raised about the incident before and the bizarre effort by law enforcement to make sure the Nazi flag was seen clearly by the media, it’s hard not to wonder if something nefarious is going on.

Oath Keepers Leader Sentenced to 18 Years

The penalty for Stewart Rhodes, the leader of the far-right militia group, was the Jan. 6 investigation’s longest yet — and the first to be increased for fitting the legal definition of terrorism.

The law is equal. More equal for some. Less equal for others.
What other seditious conspirators got a shorter sentence?

Well, no. He declared himself with the Nazi flag.

He was the leader of the "boots on the ground" insurrectionist. He did the vast majority of the plot to overthrow the Federal government. In the old days, he'd be dangling by his neck now.....and his sycophantic supporters (such as yourself) would be busting rocks in prison.

18 years? The same DOJ that fought for no prison time for two Antifa-BLM rioters who threw a Molotov cocktail into a NYPD cruiser?

Who cares about the crazy guy who damaged a fence with a rented truck?

The great news is that Stewart Rhodes got 18 years. Let that be a lesson for ya, Deplorables, don't plot the big crime unless you're prepared to do the time.

Stewwie gonna be stewing in prison, right where he belongs. He'll make a good bitch for some strong inmate.

Rhodes is a real stand-up example of a Trump supporter. Having got himself qualified as a lawyer he got himself disbarred by refusing to respond to two grievances against him.

He founded the Oath Keepers with the express intent of letting the country descend into chaos then declaring martial law and scrapping the constitution

Then he tried to teach gun safety by shooting his own eye out.

Then he got sent down for 18 years for conspiracy to overturn the government of the US.

What has he got planned for next year?

The DOJ asked for 25 years. It wasn't the DOJ that gave him 18. And yes, you are pointing to the disparity in seriousness of the crime (and obviously have no idea you are).
