In another thread (see: ‘How to’ produce more precum) I explain that I’m doing Kegel exercises to see if they enable me to produce more (any!) precum. That is ongoing, however, I have already found that these exercises have enhanced my masturbatory pleasure (after only days) and are mildly pleasurable to do in themselves. So I thought why not see what others, that would be you, experienced doing them.
Both men and women are welcome to participate in this great and world changing experiment!
Here are the basics:
First learn which muscle to exercise. It’s the one you use to stop peeing mid-flow but do not actually do these exercises while peeing! You should only tighten this ‘PC muscle’ (Pubococcygeus) not your buttocks or anus etc.
The current fitness level of this muscle will determine how you are able to proceed but you should aim toward something like my daily routine:
Try for:
Two sets of 50, a pause between them, each of:
Tighten~relax tighten~relax etc.
Tighten~hold for 3 seconds~ relax
Then:
Tighten~hold for ten~relax do 10 times.
You can vary these to suit yourself. You’ll notice you can apply more energy to your clenches as you progress, as the muscle strengthens. Start off using 80% effort building up to 95%. 100% might strain something! I prefer doing mine standing up but you should be able to do them while driving, sitting etc. totally unknown to anyone else.
Do twice daily. Also try doing a set before lovemaking/masturbating.
Post a message if you are going to join in this very important scientific experiment of monumental importance, well, it should be fun anyway.
Report your findings. Please persevere for at least 2 months to really strengthen the muscle. Then you can ease off and do them occasionally.
If anyone knows a good link relating to this by all means post it, or any alternative exercises. Let’s see how many people’s sex lives are enhanced.
