Shaving downstairs

Hey all this is my first post. A friend of mine recently said something about shaving his balls, and how it made them nicer and felt better. Is this true? If it is, does anybody have any tips about how to go about it? I'm a bit nervous to put a sharp object down there.
 
Well I don't have balls but when I shave it just feels so much "cleaner"....I can't really describe it but it definately is better. Not that having a hairy muff is bad...it just sorta bugs me. And I've been doing it for a few years now and I have YET to cut myself.

I've been using those Mach 3 Turbo razors and they work wonders....and I'm getting faster at it too...before I'd take my time not wanting to cut anything but now since I've been practicing it's not bad. I suppose it's a lot like shaving anything else...when I first starting shaving my legs and pits I took forever...now with all the practice it goes a lot faster.

Just go for it I say...if you don't like it it'll always grow back.

As for tips...use a brand new razor head...use shaving cream and go slow for the first time...perhaps set up another mirror so you can see everything.

They're called avatars and you have to have a lot of posts (I think about 100) until you can have one. Then it's just a simple matter of going into your Control Panel and putting the file extention in the correct box.
 
As a person who shaves on a regular basis, I love it! It does help if you do maintain a regular routine- it seems to cut down on the ingrowns (ouchy!). It's a wonderful feeling to go commando and I jsut love the way it feels. All of the advice about a fresh razor (Mach 3's are excellent) and using shave gel are encouraged. Take a hot shower, scrub up & go at it.
 
Sounds like I'm deffinately gonna have to give this shaving thing a try. I've got a mach 3 and a gilette triple blade. Does it help to trim it down with scissors first, and does it matter if you're hard or not when you do it?

If it's your first time, trimming would help. You're still going to run your razor through the shower many times because the hairs will clog the razor. Keep the razor clean & it'll help lots.

I've always found that shaving gel is a great stimulant for me to be hard. It's akin to a woman's natural lubricant..almost! Keeping the skin taut whether with your fingers or being hard always helps. Again, enjoy the new experience.

I'm sure your partner will.
 
Oh and it doesn't relaly seem like it would help but if you "shave off" the shaving cream and there's still hair there don't keep on shaving it like you normally would...put MORE shaving cream on...it REALLY does help!

Any suggestions for a woman new to shaving down there?
I just did it once and it is starting to grow back, I want to do it again but I have a lot of ingrown hairs it seems.
 
I use Mach III Turbo excel but they are just an excuse for more expensive blades (the blades are interchangable between the Mach III Turbo Excel and the Mach III Turbo, the excel has more gel, etc).

Vaseline or a cortizone cream works well for rash or skin problems resulting from shaving or dry skin.
 
The only advice I can give for ingrowns is to make sure you loofah....now I'm not talking about attacking your pussy with one of those hard spongy things though. The area's pretty sensitive so you can't really go at it like you would other body parts.

What I do is I use one of those soft poof-ball things and some body wash....scrub that everywhere....even down there and it seems to take care of the problem. That and if you shave it pretty regularly it doesn't seem to irritate the skin to cause ingrowns as much...I normally shave it at least every 3rd day, if not every other day. I haven't had ingrowns since the first time I shaved it about 4 years ago.

Of course then I shaved the ENTIRE thing...now I just shave the lips and up the sides of the front leaving a small 2 inch square just above my clit. When I shaved the entire thing I found a lot of the front part was more susceptible to ingrowns than further down.

Thanks for the tips! I noticed what you said, the ingrowns are all above, not down by the clit and lips.

Just make sure to go slow the first time. It's never a good thing to mess around and hurt something like "Nak jr."
 
Shaving there is kinda like shaving your face, only there's no place for the mirror...:rolleyes:
You just have to go slowly, stretch your skin like the hard to get places on your face and neck, and DEFINITELY do not use a cheap razor! Mach One or Quatro for sure.
However, once you master the technique, you will realize there never was any use for the hair there, anyway. It feels so much better and when you find someone who runs their tongue across them when they are nice and smooth....well, I melt every time. Those who are into giving oral sex also appreciate not getting hair where they dont want it either. Just remember, you will be starting something that must be maintained. The discomfort of having stubble attacking your balls all day cause you didnt feel like keeping it up could also possibly drive you insane. Personally, I love mine this way and they will always be smooth and clean from now on.
 
why don't you use one of these? shaver
as that what my wife and I use! but maybe it not good ?? as i neve hear any one using them!
