He could feel it. Ever since the defeat of Abyss, Charlie and Guile had been partying the way only the air force knew how. Charlie himself was now resting for a few days (he had gotten so drunk, his hang over lasted for about a week). The fighter sighed as he held his head in reaction to the doorbell in his apartment. Managing to stagger to the frame, Charlie found no one but a letter there. Opening the envelope and reading the letter aloud, Charlie began to become horrified.
"Charlie,
After the defeat of Abyss, I have reason to believe there is another threat on the prowl. I don't know what it is, exactly, but I do know that I am sending this letter to everyone who helped us defeat Abyss, as well as others. If you are interested in saving the world once again, meet the others in Pensacola, Florida.

Captain Ruby Heart."
Charlie gulped to himself, another new threat? Abyss was hard enough as is, and now there was a new threat? The man was skeptical if the others and himself would be able to defeat this one. After all, Abyss had recruited other evil guys to aid him, even M. Bison, who was Charlie's greatest challenge before he had beat him with Chun-Li and Iron Man in the match just before Abyss. Charlie wasn't sure, but he had to at least try.
So here he was, Pensacola, Florida, on one of the beaches. Waiting around, Charlie looked at his watch as he began to sweat. Wearing the clothes he normally wore was a struggle in this heat. Wiping some sweat from his forehead, Charlie began to wait.
