Okay,

So, your partner takes you out on a surprise date. You get to the destination and find it is one of the above. Which one would you find the easiest to politely endure? Generally speaking.

A lot of course does depend on what's on. A trip to the theatre to see a Shakespeare play might be great or a nightmare. It might depend on the which play - Sit through King Lear when you would you prefer a comedy like Macbeth?

A trip to the Opera might be wonderfull if it's Wagner, bloody awful if it's Puccinni.

A special exhibition at a museum? Might not be too bad. But would the guys really be interested in Victorian fashion? Would the ladies be fascinated with the history of the motorcyle engine?

So, assuming that it is a performance/exhibion you DO NOT LIKE, which of them would you politely sit through?

Spelling bitch says too not two. :)

Yeah, I spotted the error in the title but every time I've tried to change a fuck up like that, it won't let me.

I'd have edited the post to say I knew but I was too busy swearing at the monitor.

:)

Great!

Can you explain the Hindu heirachy of deities?

I like theater the best... but I enjoy all of them... But if I am going to be tromping around a museum for several hours I need to be warned to wear low heeled shoes... No one wants to be my date if I am grumpy over sore feet....

I love those things! You forgot the option "all of the above and I would thoroughly enjoy myself."

Ditto.

I love the theatre and the opera. It feels so exhilirating to come out of a theatre after seeing a performance.

I also love museums - all kinds. Art museums, natural history museums. Anything.

I'm a theatre techie from a year or two ago...used to be my whole life...but i still LOVE going. I finally got to see my first Broadway show in NYC...it was The Producers...and it was soooo fucking funny... i was laughing so hard i was crying. The movie does not do it justice at all..anyway i digress

I'll vote for general museum.

Fancy Jeeps, stars and epaulets - who needs it?

Am I supposed to vote for the worst one I could tolerate or the one I'd enjoy the most?

The only options that I woudn't enjoy are art galleries (almost all post war art sculpture and image do not appeal to my tastes at all- Gil Elvgren and some photography being exceptions)

No-one could say they like all specialist museums. I personally love the Lyme Regis Fossil Museum, but I know that there is a Museum of Shit somewhere to balance it all out.

I chose museum of paintings although I do enjoy other types of entertainment. What is a "specialist" museum? Like bad art or erotica?

Accepting Applications

If there is a man who likes to attend all of the above.

I will be your love slave!
