With the trend of superhero threads popping up all over the place I decided I would capitalize on the market. Thus, Marver vs. DC is here. While there are a few elements from the Marvel/DC crossovers, I don't expect anyone to actually remember everything or use the cannon for that matter.
I simply wish to bring people together using their favorte Marvel/DC heroes and villians alike to make an insteresting story, interact and of course see what interesting parrings will become of this endeavour.
As the story unfolds I'll do my best to keep detailed accounts as to what is going on and where everyone is in the story. However, as a participant it is up to you to keep up with the current events as well. That means I expect you to follow along with the story, read everyone's posts as you can and reply where needed to keep the story flowing. Below is a basic outline of the stories meta-plot.
Superman has been kidnapped. His disappearance has been felt by many whom are close to him. As a result the Justice League has been sending out their best in search of Superman's whereabouts. Even going so far as to traverse time, space and dimensions in search of the Man of Steel.
Meanwhile, Access the dimensional hopper has resurfaced in hopes of preventing any further calamity by keeping everyone in their own respective worlds. Alas this is not to be as portals all over seem to be pulling people in and out of dimensions. Once more the worlds threaten to collide causing a universal race against time to find Superman and return everything to normal. Nevermind the villians and criminals out to capitalize on a once in a life time endeavour.
The major question remains, can two different worlds of superheroes work together to save twice the universe? Find out in Marvel vs. DC: War of the Worlds. < -- cheesy
