I've heard that if you get your frenulum snipped, it will let your tongue out further.
I also heard a dentist can do it.
the frenulum BTW is that vertical piece of flesh under your tongue.

Just do it yourself. I snipped mine with the kitchen shears. The oral frenulum doesn't have many nerve endings and it will only bleed for about a minute.
Next week I'm also removing one of my lumbar vertebrae so I can self fellate.

i don't know anyone who has their frenulum cut as an adult but i do know that when my son was younger, the pediatrician suggested that we consider it should he have problems with learning to speak.

sometimes if the frenelum is shorter--which has nothing to do with the overall length of your tongue, mind you--it can make it more difficult to move your tongue in certain ways; it results in being "tongue-tied", which is actually a medical condition, not just a phrase for someone who can't find the right words for a particular situation.

A shorter frenulum, or one that is closer to the tip of your tongue, can impede language development in children and result in certain types of speech impediments, including lisps.

it seems to me that it would silly to do this as an adult, however.
 
The dentist snipped mine back when I was young.

I don't know if my experience was unique, as I typically take a LOT of novacaine to numb, but I had 4 shots of the damned stuff, and I felt EVERYTHING. It fucking sucked.
