A person finds a message. Maybe they find it in a bottle at the beach. Maybe it's on a fortune cookie. Maybe it's on a note inside a box of cereal. I'm not sure exactly. Anyhow, the message states simply, "I got laid today!"
I can think of two sub-ideas for this story. The first is that the person fantasizes about the person being laid. The person contemplates several scenarios about what may have happened, many of which relate to where it was found. If left in a cereal box, did the person get laid at breakfast and then hide the message by sneaking it into the grocery store box? Did a person get laid at a factory. Was the message merely a prank? The story could have several such contemplations. This story could easily be written more than once by different authors.
The alternative sub-idea (which could also be used simultaneously) is for more and more such messages to pop up in all sorts of different places. Perhaps a prankster is getting around or perhaps there are copycats contributing. Soon, people are seeing such messages at least 2-3 times per week in various places and products. Such messages produce lots of talking between people. Many such conversations lead to talking about (or having) sex.
