I can honestly say that they are the most uneducated people I've ever met. I know 5 year olds that are smarter. Tico's avg IQ is about a 6 (not 106 or 126) just 6. Thats the truth!

My list of travels ain't extensive; but out of the places I have been, the Costa Ricans were by far the friendliest and most tolerant of Americans. Which nationality are you giving a bad name?
