Please keep in mind: All Nigel and I can do is to monitor posts and threads, delete/move threads, edit out images and links, etc.
. We cannot do anything with e-mail or membership ID issues. You will need to contact Laurel or Manu with those issues.

m/f idea

When perusing the different threads I sometimes have a difficult time trying to figure out the male and female posters by name. Could we have a male female tags on threads to know? If a dude wants to play female who cares, just give me an idea of what i am looking at, lol! Just an idea.

newbie to lit

hello i'm trying to learn how to post pics on threads and can't seem how and i know there are a few ways cause i have seen pics in the post that u could see with out clicking on the hptt i was wondering if u could help plz

1st of all, I need to know are you trying to put a picture on a thread OF you or taken by you and have permission of the person in the picture?
OR where it just shows the picture? OR....are you just trying to upload a picture to Lit for others to click on and see?

I have a quick question- When I try to delete a thread that I have started it says that I don't have authorization. How can I delete something I started?

You need to pm me with the link of your thread...If it is other then the one in your sig. line. I can take care of it for you. Members cannot delete threads but Moderators can take it off the board, if that is what you want.
 
FYI

Some members occasionally have log in problems or get a message which reads "You cannot access this site. You do not have permission" or something similar, when trying to post or access their own thread.

How to resolve (or attempt) this issue:

Do you use MSN? If so, this is a problem some MSN users are having. Another user having the same problem as you and a few other fine folks thinks he may have found the problem.

The name of the tool is simply "MSN Dial-up Accelerator". It can be engaged or disengaged by rt-clicking on the Network icon in the lower right corner, which brings up a menu of choices from Level 4 to Level 1, or none. Selecting "none" turns it off, kills the proxy server, and restores connectivity to Literotica.
 
Flagging new private messages

Hi, thanks for taking on the moderator job. Perhaps this does not apply here but did not see a better place.

My question is I hope a simple one. WHen I am reading thru the various threads in a forum - Amatur Pictures for example and someone sends me a pm. Is there some way I can be made aware of it without having to bounce back and forth to my pms to check for new ones?

Hope I made the question clear.

you want to be notified when you receive a PM?

go to control panel
edit options
scroll down and there is a box you can check that will send email notifications when you get PM's
and there is also a box you can check that says: Pop up a box when you receive a Private Message. click yes on that, and you will get a box that pops up whenever you get a PM
