The cognitive dissonance is pretty epic.

What I've noticed among many of them is that they don't think it's anti-free speech to advocate the state policing peoples speech, as long as the policing is done the way they want. :rolleyes:

They say they support civil rights, until they find out you've got a pair of M4's with 203's attached and an M-249 ....actual military spec weapons.

Then they got a big ass problem with your civil rights all of a sudden. :cool:

The problem with those tests is that the respondents answer what they believe is possible by simply voting for some scheme without acknowledging that there is no way that outcome happens without the heavy hand of government enforcement making it happen.

It is magical thinking and it is reinforced by all the crazy, Marxist professors that so delighted Obama. Good little leftists are graduated from college and go into teaching or so-called journalism and spread the fiction that the things that they want for their future Utopia are within reach, despite the reality that it has all been tried and failed and are impossible without the heavy-handed tactics that were always employed anytime any of these ideas were tried within a population.

The same people that say they don't need any framework of tradion to be good people because they're just good people on their own and that if we just all vote to give needy people stuff, everyone will eagerly pony up their fair share are the same people who really aren't very good people in any objective sense and do not personally volunteer their resources to fix the problems they want to vote for government to fix at someone else's expense.

AJ and Ishmael established the original "rules of engagement" years ago. They claimed it was NOT "racist" to make denigrating racial comments against individuals here, particularly those you disagree with politically.

When you castigate an entire race, though, that's certainly racist. Ishmael calls hispanics "cockroaches", that's racist in nature. The quarter-Korean shitsludge has repeatedly said that "Asian women made his skin crawl", I would think that most rational people would consider that racist in nature as well.

A number of people find the hypocrisy of a racist like BotanyBoy accusing someone else of racism quite amusing. Of course, he's got an excuse for his own racism, and I'm sure he'll be glad to share it with you if he can (he's also a devout follower of Sharia Law, so there might be religious restrictions involved here).
 
It's racist. You know it's racist.

By including racial labels in your attack you imply either or both of two things. 1, that their flaws are related to their race, or 2, that their race should be a source of shame.

That's just how we construct an insult. You would call them a dickless idiot, but not a brunette idiot. You would call them a stupid whore, but not a stupid monogamous person. We don't attach neutral labels in insults.

Whether or not you consciously intend it, the use of racial, gender, or disability biased language in insults perpetuates a culture of discrimination.

Besides, the best way to insult a person isn't by making yourself look like a bigot.
