Well, that makes a lot of sense. When I was living in California, my roommate was briefly collecting unemployment and all of his paperwork was from the EDD.

I'll offer up the first one.
Guaranteed employment/wage.
When you give people money, they spend it.
When they spend it they stimulate economic activity.
When economic activity is stimulated, it acts as a multiplier on collected taxes.
The more taxes that are collected, the more that can go back to those who are now free to pursue their muses.
When the muses are sated, we are a richer people
(not measured by how much you are worth, but how much you contribute culturally).
I dare the deplorable mouth-breathing right-wingers and incels to deny that basic economic fact.
I can offer another brilliant economic plan!
When no one is looking... we can just erase a few zero's off the debt. No one has to know.

Our healthcare system is more expensive and provides worse coverage for far more people.
It is ineffective and way too costly.

Taxes are a reality.
Without them you wouldn't have roads, or be able to clear the snow off the roads. Or schools, to ensure you maintain the level and quality of education you've accepted as acceptable.
There would be no services or agencies to monitor the quality and standards of your food and water, goods, business practices, public safety, etc.
BB wouldn't receive his monthly feather-leave stipend, ol' blood & soil franziasaurus would go without his social security, and there'd be no sheckles for corporate bailouts, and those long weekends the prez spends at Mar-A-Lago.
Taxes are here to stay. Don't be upset about paying taxes, be upset by how your tax dollars are used.
And yes, a good way to reduce or eliminate healthcare wait times is to make healthcare incredibly unaffordable for most of the population, and price drugs exorbitantly high (hey, lobbyists gotta eat too).
Because wait times are the unsurmountable obstacle facing policy makers, US government officials, and healthcare providers...

Which initiatives are those? I would think that funding all the initiatives requested would make the deficit even worse. For instance, paying the way for people who are Liberal Arts majors will increase the income for colleges and give those students more time to goof off, but it won't benefit the taxpayers who are actually paying the bills.
