Sorry.

At the risk of being called a fattie, I just have to say that this is way too thin, Karen. I'm not picking on you. Just stating a fact. It's not good for your health. In spite of everything, I would hate for something to happen to you...like dying because your body doesn't have what it needs to sustain itself.

Um, KK's calling people fatties if they don't like her, and droning on and on about it. Give her your morality lesson, stone head.

Like attention? Flaming borderlines stick together.

Seriously, at that height and weight her mind is not working correctly. We call it "brain fog" in the biz.

Anyone else get the vibe that KK is also that Dumpling chick named "Jim" that just faked the stalker attack?

OMG. 110lbs at 5'8"? I'm 124lbs now at 5'8" and I probably need to gain a little more weight. Seriously, you're gonna end up with health problems if you're not careful. I'd take those "thinspiration" photos down and just be yourself, instead of trying to look like some chick in a pic on your fridge.

But I didn't read all that crap.

Hey, how did I miss this thread last night? KK even had my name in it, like usual!

And actually, I thought it was this piece of crap writing that they were all on your ass for:

There are people on Lit. who enjoy writing stories and getting fresh ideas for new stories by reading both the stories / poems Laurel publishes here and reading the content of the discussion boards.

The general board has, in addition, a few people who could best be described as adrenaline junkies: folks who need to stir up controversy and thereby attempt to keep the spotlight on themselves. These people, more often than not, aren’t contributing writers. Writers tend to be more protective of their words. Trolling and screen-name-paranoia are the hallmarks of the non-writer wanna-be people.

This is essentially a writers' board but inasmuch as writers are often a temperamental lot, it's a good thing that we have non-writers reading the work, commenting on it, and engaging in discussion on all of the boards.

The life blood of Lit. for me at least, is the story discussion boards where I just about never post anything. That's because I am so novice a writer as to make my contribution relatively useless. When I get a block, or need to refocus, I go onto the general board and see what's up.

Then, there are a lot of people who enjoy a heated argument about sex, race, politics, etc., and they kind of bridge the gap between the writers and trolls, in that they worry about what gets said more than the trolls do (to the trolls everything is a joke unless they are the focus of the humor), but they nevertheless fall into the adrenaline junkie category. They enjoy personal energy from the heat radiating out from the discussion. To derive the best adrenaline fix, however, they must participate in some way that furthers the debate or controversy, not by mere name calling. For me, this is one of the most fun parts of Lit.

Last, but not least, are the information people. They want to share and request information on just about every imaginable topic: sex play, recipes, computer issues, popular music, and so on.

There are a few useless people here on Lit. as well. That's not because they are mean or nasty. One of the best, most vital, and funniest Lit. general board people is nasty as hell! That's just plain fun! What gets said at that level also makes a substantial contribution to Free Speech. No, the useless people on Lit. are those who troll mindlessly because they have nothing else to do, no place else to go. We all know who they are. It is obvious that these people are jealous of the writers because writers are able to create, whereas the trolls merely exist to annoy. Sometimes writers are bullies; trolls and paranoiacs are always bullies. Writers are sometimes destructive; the trolls are stalkers always try to be destructive, since they have no urge to create, but often fall short, even of their destructive goals, because what they say is, on its face, pointless. These are the same people who, if they had any computer skills, would create and distribute viruses.

When Fidel Castro and Che Guevarra commenced the Revolution in Cuba, the “July 26 Movement” needed to populate itself with men and women, boys and girls, who could blow up bridges & power plants, and derail trains. After the Revolution was successful, however, they had to “eliminate” those people because the Revolution now owned the bridges, power plants, and train lines, and the bridge blowers were unable to change gears. They had no ability to build bridges & power plants, or lay new rails for the train. Like the trolls, stalkers, and virus distributors, they were useless. I just finished a book on the Cuban Revolution which is why I mention it here.

As I see it, so it is on Lit. and other discussion boards I frequent. On Lit. the writers may, from time to time, blow up a bridge or two, but they can build fresh infrastructure when the time to do so arrives. The non-writer trolls and stalkers cannot build a bridge, cannot contribute to the infrastructure, preferring instead to lay in the bushes until they think the bridge is about ready for their dynamite.

What category am I in? I can’t say that I am a writer, although I do write. [plug, plug] I am a wanna-be writer. If I follow the lead of the real writers here on Lit., keeping a respectful distance from them, while observing the way they work, I hope to learn how to eventually become a writer. So, I am part writer, part adrenaline junkie, 100% exhibitionist (lol).

I mention no names in this post, and with good reason. The people who "Search" for their own names and feel that my words apply aptly to them already know what I say here is true. The people who start the day by searching for my name (or anyone else's name other than their own) to look for trouble will find this post soon enough. As I said before, we all know who they are.

<Snip>I was dissapointed when I started reading some of your posts and threads. You are as shallow, egotistical, and stuck on yourself as folks here say you are. All about you and you definatly do not give a fuck about anyone else. You just really prove their point with this remark
This is bloody perfect! I too went on a reading-a-thon yesterday and came to the same conclusion. I'm actually wondering if it's because she's young - immature, at that horrid `still a girl, not quite a woman' stage *puke at the Brittany Spears likeness*.

I'm bracing myself that I'll get labelled for having "giggling chubby fingers", a jealousy complex and other such fanciful things. Karen, you need to get over yourself darlin'...and quickly.

RR and KK, if you're both too dimwitted to realize this thread had absolutely nothing to do with KK's weight, then you're worse off in the brain department than I originally thought.

Or maybe you could go back, read the entire thread again, and read my detailed explanation of the first post for the three out of 10,000 people who couldn't seem to 'get it'.

See, that's what happens when people jump in to add their .02 without having a clue. If he would have been following the drama that is Karen Kraft, he would have gotten it.

It pays to follow the drama, people. :)

There's no getting over myself involved. It has to always be about me. Face it.

It's always about me. The whole website is about me.

Yummmmmm.....

I think I need to buy some additional mirrors for my place.

I sent a proposal of marriage to that great fellow whose highly skilled hands kept the Chicago Cubs where they belong yesterday. I hope he has good seats again this afternoon....
