do they sell a fishnet "material' at the fabric store; like ready made
i guess i could use a thin rope-y type strings

They do. And I have a material that is very simular to a fishnet but more decorative.

But my idea was just to go to the Bass shop and buy a fishing net and work with that. *giggles*

We'll see what comes up.

I relent to the pressure from my demanding fan base...

The following set of pics show the sequence I use to create a body harness inspired by Japanese rope bondage. Search google for Karada Shibari and you will see several direction for making this design. I use an overhand knot for all ties except the last, it is a simple square knot.


When I tie myself in this I put the loop in front of my throat and have the first 3 or 4 knots already tie for use in the back. With a partner this does not need to be done this way.

I have been in this harness under my house-dress now for about 2 hours and only a bathroom call will get me out of it. I had forgotten how lovely the sound of the rope creaking is as I move and flex my body.
