I think it was Mat who told be about the "download" button on the bottom of that thing. I right-click on "text", select "save target as," choose or create a file for them to go to (like C: PMs 7-06), and voila - PMs all in a nice file I can open and navigate in word. Then comes the hard part: Deleting all PMs, which still is scary even after triple checking that they are all nicely saved elsewher.

Insomnia and depression. What a mix.

On the much better side: took a good nap all curled up with the Bodyguard earlier this evening. Explains the insomnia now. It was a good thing.
