A suggestion since you asked. I think you should stick with B&W for some of the photos, like the one I've sent.
We have played around with making some of the color pics B&W, but the setting on the camera (vs. a photo editor) gives the best result. We kind of found it by accident, and decided to try it exclusively one night. But color is fun sometimes, too!That's great to hear.
