It never worked for me. I had to use Cialis and gave me a slight headache.

No headaches here or any other symptoms, but lately I noticed what feels like heartburn. It was really bad when I took two of them.

I get 20 mg tabs, my script say 100 mg max in 24 hours. Sometimes I take 20 mg, sometimes 40 mg. Script says the safest dose is the lowesrt does that is effective. I have never taken more than 80mg at any given time. Depends how long I want to edge and if I am edging alone or with a friend.

Happens with Tadalafil as well. ..They share the same mechanism of action plus the same side effects.

I take 5mg of Tadalafil daily for BPH. Initially I had frequent heartburn and mild aching on the back of my knees. It took several week before the side effects went away. But now... no issues.

Had one episode where I had terrible heartburn and no antacid would take it away. Thankfully it only happened once.
