Mexicunt caves to Trump

If there's any factual basis to this at all, my guess is it's simply what Trump came away thinking he'd heard. Because, as even the Lit deplorables know, no one person can simply stop the flow of migration. But it passes the smell test that Trump would think it was that simple.

Claudia Sheinbaum immediately contradicted Trump with a Statement that her government was stropping migrants coming illegally into Mexico from the South. But emphasized it was the USA's responsibility to prevent anyone getting into the USA illegally.

The people from central 'Murrika are the immigrants we get.

Maybe she should build a wall and get Guatemala to pay for it.

I have suggested elsewhere that he annex all the way to the canal zone, which is already militarized. And the canal is was deeper than the misnamed Rio Grande. It would be an all kinds of wins scenario.

Way too late for that, we missed our chance in 1846.

I have always thought that about the M-A War, but if we can militarize the pursuit of destroying the cartels . . . well, if you already have the army there . . . .

That's one of the cards that can be played. Trump can declare the cartels "terrorist organizations" which would allow him to use the military, congress having already pre-approved. And could lead to the fall of the Mexican government. The various law enforcement organizations are corrupt and cannot be trusted. The Mexican military is actually pretty damned squared away and want the Cartels taken down...........badly. So if US military shows up in Mexico uninvited by the government their military gets stuck between a rock and a hard place. They can join in with the US, try to defend against the US, of sit it out. Any of those permutations can turn ugly real quick.

Lord you're a fucking moron. Mexico's policy continues to be the same.

47 is spinning it and you believe the bullshit.

He could tell you that he made your milk affordable even though the price never changes and you'd believe him.

I think the Mexican Army wouldn't mind if they sat that scenario out. The cops are fer shit, and the gummint ain't far behind. The army might get to be Last Man Standing, but it also get to be FILO.

I apologize that my alt is being st000pid, disrespectful, and annoying. I'll write to Laurel and see about deleting its account.

We can take your knowledge of real politic, roll it up like a ball of cotton, and shove it up a gnats ass without discomforting the gnat.

Mexico hasn't changed its policy.

It's the same today after the phone call as it was before.

They were already focused more on rounding up migrants over the past year....hence the 70+% reduction. Did you give 46 credit for the actual change in policy that occurred then?

Of course not.

Recently the government sent the Mexican Marines into Acapulco to tamp down the Sinaloa leadership war. The first thing they did was to disarm and lock down the local police. Then the Marines went about getting the job done.

They could have saved time by taking them to the desert and having them dig some big holes. Shoot the cops and plant them first, a layer of lime, and then shoot the cartel motherfuckers, plant them, more lime, and backfill. It would work until the next batch crops up.

I don't think any of you know how fentanyl and meth are made. The labs are in the US and Canada. They import the the ingredients and make it here. If you want to stop fentanyl and meth get the DEA to bust the labs. Again, another attempt at deflection villifying one of the USA's biggest trade partners. Trump loves scapegoats.

There's a swamp down there just above S. America. No road passes through it and it's the sole reason why you can't drive from Alaska to Cape Horn.

Sounds like a good stopping point for the annexation acquisition.
