Me too. I have to do low impact exercise, like walking, and I have a spinning bike, which I’m using right now!

I try to get 10,000 steps every day even if I’m in the office.

I didn't have too much time for walking when I was working (We didn't have phones like today either) but I did walk up a steep hill behind the house. When we moved to a plae that had a basement a treadmill with an incline worked. I did develop a very slow heart beat!

Two long days of dealing with people, being in NYC, catching up w people was good. I’m a people person, except for when I’m not. I also need my solitude as well.
