Here's the thing:
I can't tell from your post whether you "only get semi hard" when you're actually trying to get hard, or, whether your expectation is that you'll pop a pill and it will make you get hard.
Just in case you don't know: It doesn't work that way. It doesn't just make you hard. What it does is, makes it so that when you can get hard when you should get hard. You still have to get aroused, in the mood, stimulated.
ED medication works for when the regular things which used to get you aroused and hard aren't getting you hard.
Anyway, talk to your doctor about it. You got the pills from a doctor, right? Tell them it's not doing what you wanted. There could be something going on which ED pills can't treat. Wouldn't you want to know, if that were the case?
I understand how they work, both foreplay, and mastabation it's still semi hard and sometimes not even that.Works for me.
