I love avocados, too! Tonight I made an asparagus risotto with shrimp for dinner. I now have enough for two more days...

That’s the only part cooking for myself - 2 days of left over tuna noodle casserole.

I see your point. And I do run alot. But if I didn't the stress would have me climbing the walls in 3 days. It helps that my metabolism is the way it is also.

I loved running for stress relief!
Of course, more like jogging for me.
12-15 minute miles and 2-5 miles on average.
Really loved those runs!

I can walk that much but I hate to run!

I just submitted my third Lit story. I'm a little nervous -- it was rejected many years ago and it took getting my second story published to dive into rewriting this one. Like my first story, it's (as much as I can remember) an actual experience. We'll see.
