I'm a fan of breathing. When it's just me in the car, which is 99% of the time, I can go @ 45 minutes every hour before needing to infuse with "fresh air".
 
The last g/f asked me why there was a bench grinder on the kitchen table.


I said, because it's my table, in my kitchen, in my house, under my roof, on my lot, and that if she cared to check down at city hall to look at the deed, that no one else's name is listed on it, and that ownership is listed as homme sole . . . and because fuck her, that's why.


She was gone very soon thereafter. That was quite a while ago, too.

She had come and gone before I had this clowder of cats. The previous clowder was okay with her. She had a Basset hound. They were not okay with the dog. The dog would corner them sometimes and then woof to let us know that she was wonderful. The cats hissed at her. There were no fights.


The bench grinder is Out West and the table is still Back East. It has tools on it, so it must be mine still.

The better question is why shouldn’t (or isn’t a bench grinder) on your kitchen table??

At the farm I have my whole workshop set up in the kitchen. Table saw, drill press, small Lathe, bench grinder and chop saw all set up right in the kitchen. 😂
