Why is an icebow called a sundog?
So you don’t get distracted at work.

Because it appears as a bright spot of light on either side of the sun, often resembling a "dog" accompanying the sun, with the name likely originating from a Greek myth where Zeus was thought to walk his dogs across the sky, creating these "false suns" as companions to the real sun.

Okay, Ms. Smarty-pants. Why do we drive on a parkway, but park on a driveway? 😎

Also.. we still use the image of a floppy disk as a save icon, I wonder if we will still use the term 'google it' 50 years from now.

A driveway is "a private road giving access from a public way to a building on abutting grounds," and in America, we tend to park our cars in the driveway since driveways typically come right alongside one's house. A parkway, on the other hand, is "a broad, landscaped highway."

Why do I have the feeling that you would have a perfectly intelligent and rational answer for even the most ridiculous question I could think of?
