Why won't Trump sign the transition papers?

They’re funding it themselves. They don’t trust or need the bureaucrats involved. They’re making their own hiring plans. ICYMI, is not going to be a business as usual administration.

You never got any change that mattered out if Trump's first term -- why would the second be different?
Hmm. I heard we got 3 SCOTUS justices appointed and many more district and appellate judges, major tax code reform, stay in Mexico, roughly 450 miles of upgraded and new bollard wall at the border, cancellation of the Iran nuclear deal, withdrawal from the Paris climate agreement, relocation of the embassy in Israel, the Abraham accords to name a few things.

The only thing that matters there is the judicial appointments. Everything else can be reversed just as easily by the next Dem administration. And what's been done of the border wall is a joke!

The judiciary appointments have been quite impactful. It’s awesome that he’s returning to make sure the progress made in the first term won’t be reversed if one of the stellar six vacates a seat. If Sotomayor should vacate her seat, further improvement is possible. Yes, of course legislation and executive orders can be reversed. I’m confident our marginal tax rates won’t be raised. Expect a flurry of EOs in January unwinding Biden EOs.

Don't expect any more wall to be built. Note that he didn't even campaign on that.
