I will give you one hint: I do not buy into the argument that only white people can be racist and only men can be sexist. And I've been compared to Hitler by people I agree with on nearly everything else as a result, but so be it. But that's really not the point. The point is, making an effort to address the fruits of centuries of systemic racism and sexism is not racist or sexist. It's one thing to argue what the right remedy is, but that's a different question.
