Looking for: ex gf witch changes guy and his gf

Hey all, I'm looking for a story I read a while ago, but can't seem to find it. The story centers around the main character and his girlfriend. The guy's ex is a witch, and turns him into a busty high school aged girl. Throughout the multi-part story, the main character has sex with the p.e. teacher, principal, and I think someone's dad. Does this ring any bells to anyone? I think there was an age regression component too. Ive spent about two hours looking through all the tags i can think of. I dont even know if its on here :/ Thanks!
