Slept in today. Watching some football and switching to my favorite cooking shows on the public station. I have been known to actually try what they show every now and again! Counting down the hours till the Las Vegas Gran Prix! It’s been a fantastic year in Formula 1, so hope the race is a good one. Vegas put on a quite the show last year.

MZ has turned into AZ as I waaaay overslept this morning.

And antacid and several hours more sleep made all the difference. Possible combination of late night and acetaminophen on an empty stomach. Glad it was so easily remedied. #Win

🫂 🫂 Challenging. My aunt had similar feelings about assisted living, but was where she needed to be.

Thankful I don't need to cook for Thanksgiving. My plan this year is to pick up take out from my favorite Vietnamese place the day before. Will be a nice treat for me.

I greatly enjoy watching cooking shows. Every once in a while I'll make something for someone else. More often will employ a technique used.

My new favorite is Pati’s Mexican Table. Easy recipe ideas to follow. The One Who Must Be Obeyed is Mex/American so we enjoy her picks for her show.

Awww. It’s never easy. At least he is in assisted living so can be a little autonomous. But also get the supervision and care he needs.
