Ran into my old bestest girl friend ever this morning at my local coffee shop. Hadn't seen or talked to her in nearly 30 years. (I'm a terrible friend. ) She was in town to visit a mutual friend and just happened to meet at my coffee shop. We only got to chat for about 15 minutes, but exchange numbers and I promised that I would join the Facebook group that she and all of our old friends are part of. Told her that she was the one person on this planet that I most wanted to see again. Now I'm on cloud nine and taking a fabulous trip down memory lane...

And no, I'm not crying. I got an eyelash in my eye. And I'm chopping onions. And I've got allergies. And I just saw that dog commercial with Sarah McLachlan.
