Propofol works well for both pain and memory. Not sure what else was used the other day for my procedure, but they started the "relaxation meds" and my last memory is being pushed through the doors in the hallway. Then nothing until waking up in the recovery room. Perfect IMO!! Dry as the Sahara after, but that was easily remedied. :LOL: 🚰
 
So irritated. Grocery delivery scheduled for 10am. Window is 10a-12p. Driver showed about 30 min ago.
No 4-digit code.
The store's entire system is down.
No one can help b/c they don't have a low tech backup in place. Having the Order # didn't matter.

So the driver just left - with my entire order.
I don't blame him - he's just as stuck as I am.
But really? Everything is at a dead stop until your system is back up and running?

Okay - don't whining.
Tempted to just get new cold packs and take a nap.

Fentanyl and versed and i remember watching the procedure.....I could see him moving through my guts...it was sort of cool.... one part hurt a bit. Felt pressure. 4 polyps 1 sort of big one on the stem...all to the lab to test them.... been passing gas and has been wonderful.... the first swig of diet pepsi was magic

So glad it's all over... except for the lab results.

Can't recall if they let me keep my glasses on for these.
If yes, I'd be watching, too. If no, I won't even be able to spot the monitor. :LOL:

I had fentanyl and versed for my gi stuff and it was the first in decades that I was completely without pain. I couldn’t stand up by myself, but it was fantastic for about an hour!
I had biopsies, saw them do it but didnt feel a thing.

I think that's why it became known as Michael Jackson happy juice... His "doctor" arggggg...
They used that for my knee replacement no general... Might have been some fentanyl used but no general for knees.
Modern medicine gotta appreciate that

Glad it's over! Hopefully you'll be getting a good meal now!

I've had Propofol only so far. Don't remember a thing.

Apparently some people request not being knocked out. It can be normal over seas from what I hear.
