Yesterday was filled with many emotions. My gift was my granddaughter clinging to me as I carried her into daycare, brunch with my GF and dinner with my son. The sadness came as I learned my brother in law of 57 years (like a brother) is fading from kidney failure. I am hoping he makes it to his dialysis on Wednesday. My sister needs to vent to me. Friends continue to vent to me about their problems.

It gets lonely as I am dealing with my own health issues (possible prostate cancer). I really miss my wife in these times.

Back in 2019 I was diagnosed with colon cancer and BrendaBear stayed with me while I got chemotherapy three times a week. It was F'n horrible, she called me on my phone & email & I couldn't have done it without everyone's help.. B2 was a godsend. So to all, Thank You...

I don’t drop in this thread too often, but I mentioned an injury and shown lots of concern. This is a good place.

Absolutely worst night of my life was trying to sleep after that prep! Yes, exactly, SO FREEKING HUNGRY.
Not sure if they allow green jello, or similar. They did for me, and that helped a lot.

For me it was tater tots! Couldn't wait to get them crunchy little things in my mouth. Then sleep...

We're rooting for you!
