This is all what you have learned about a particular topic over time. Can be anything, but I'd like people to answer more along their hobbies or sports, music, etc...

What's your subject you could kick people's ass in?

My answer would be
Comics-but specifically 30's to around the year 2000, I've soured on most mainstream comics the last twenty or so years.
Horror movies/books/shows etc..
Baseball/Football, but again with a timeline, haven't watched much baseball the last five or so years, and swore off football for personal reasons a couple years back. But I followed both for 40 or so years
