The problem with having a photographic memory is that you can’t unsee things. You cant unsee the people who have gone faces’, people who die in front of you, the live streamed massacres and pogroms you saw because you just happened to be on twitter when the perpetrators live streamed them.
At these times, I envy people who have no visual memory, though I know it must be hard, it would be nice if a person could select which images to keep and which to lose.
I also remember smells, temperature and sound.
