On my end, Mr. MorningStar is overjoyed at the number of new residential applications. I might even get an employee of the month award for all my hard work to achieve that goal. I think the award is an 2 extra minutes to fetch his coffee, but since no one has ever gotten such an award, I'm not positive about that.
