If I owned this site, I’d certainly keep a close eye on anti-porn action federally and at the state level.

Anti-porn actions would be presented as “protecting children”, and this site is vulnerable because it doesn’t attempt to prevent kids from accessing the site.

The states might be the likelier source of trouble, because Republican governors are extremely publicity hungry and lashing out at porn sites would draw attention.
You can still access this site. You’ll just have to register as a porn addict.

They'll probably try to repeal or modify Section 230 to make that happen. And with how they treat libraries, Literotica is most certainly on their hit list.

And, the southern baptists convention will now advocate the overturn of same-sex marriage and a prohibition of on-line pornography. So, once all of the content we've created is uploaded to their AI's, they will shut [lit] down, at least in the US.
