I would say holy mackerel but that strangely sounds about right for a phone companyYah only took 5 representatives and 2 supervisors....
Every single one I spoke to gave me different information. It's unbelievable. Even the supervisors lie.I would say holy mackerel but that strangely sounds about right for a phone company
Why do companies do this?Every single one I spoke to gave me different information. It's unbelievable. Even the supervisors lie.
Yes I've had the same experience with t MobileEvery single one I spoke to gave me different information. It's unbelievable. Even the supervisors lie.
Remember when you would walk in every 3 years. They would upgrade your phone, you pay an activation fee and the tax for the phone. They would transfer your info over to your new phone and you were good to go. Not anymore! Why do companies do this?
Do they actually think this is a good business model to follow?!?
(Rhetorical questions - just venting)
My parents get so frustrated with this.... their hearing isn't so great eitherI just had a go-'round with Netflix about playback on my pooter. It helps when the helpers are at least mostly fluent Engrish speakers. I hate to say that, but dayum. I had to ask one question 3 times, and I make it a point to speak slowly and to enunciate clearly.
