i know you didn't ask, but this is my take...

for the majority of people, yes, their natural cycles are to sleep at night and be productive during the day...but evolution and survival dictated that someone had to stay up and guard the village at night, someone had to stand on the wall and keep watch while everyone slept...my natural cycle is much closer to sleeping during the day and being productive at night.

i think it's about self awareness more than anything, but also, it's about survival, you do what you have to do in order to make a living and survive.

pretty sure thats MOST people anyway...also pretty sure if they were paid a living wage and rewarded for their time they would chose to be a lot more productive...but wasn't trying to fight about it...all good.
