Just thought I would post this thread from the Lit subreddit.
Basically, a podcast that streams on Spotify, Apple, and Amazon Music, amongst other places, has been taking stories from Lit (maybe other places) and using a text-to-speech AI to create episodes for their erotica podcast. No permissions (as far as is known) have been asked or granted for this and there are over 430 episodes with a lot of Literotica authors' stories on there. I have seen two of mine, for example, if the mods/Lit wants proof.
Sorry if this has already been posted here or elsewhere on the forums, I haven't seen it. But I thought people would like to know to check if their stories are on there.
There doesn't seem to be a lot we can do other than to file DMCA takedown notices, but we have only seen how on Spotify and Apple, not Amazon. But at least you should know about the possibility of your work being used - and in some instances asked for subscriptions on Spotify and used as 'patron content'.
Thanks.
