Nice busy day. Cooler which was nice too sun

Mice got into our pumpkin and sunflower seeds. . I’d been putting off cleaning the garage and sorting thru all of our seeds. So we tackled that. Put the veggie and herb seeds in one ammo can and the flower seeds in another one. I dare the mice to get into them!

Then we cleaned the pole barn. Put mice deterrent in the Torino. Chucked some junk into a dumpster, got 10 gals of gas, 5 gals of diesel and topped off the truck.

Then off to the farm for wood splitting and stacking.

Around 5, we went for a walk in the woods on our loop trail. Then home and went for a quick drive to look at pretty sun angles.

Dinner. I tried the beer test. No headache.

I can’t have those insidious little candy bars around…. They have a nasty habit of finding their way into my belly.

I've had candy so old that the chocolate gets those weird white spots on it.
Then again, I was once looking for something in the fridge decades ago... opened the lower crisper drawer and discovered it full of beer. Was still drinking beer back in those days, so it was a welcome surprise.

I am all caught up for the next 6 milliseconds.

Truly awful!! Are you familiar with Rebound Headaches? Think they're now called "Medication Overuse Headaches". When I was in this vicious cycle, I was having 23 migraine days a month. My neuro had me quit all NSAIDs and OTC headache meds cold turkey. While I dealt with that issue, they battled with insurance to get Botox treatments covered. So far, it's the only treatment I tolerate and respond to for keeping migraines controlled. But I also have several lifestyle and diet changes that go hand-in-hand with those treatments. There's typically a lot of steps in between. A good neurologist can help guide you through. Hope you get relief - soon!!

Knowing I can't eat or drink before my procedure has made me hungry qnd thirsty.... like want a drink of water BAD

When that happens to me, I hold my head over the sink and do a quick "swish and spit". Head position so gravity helps the water go in the correct direction. Sometimes it's just enough to take the edge off.
