Wasn’t too bad. The bloodwork was at 10:40 and I do intermittent fasting anyway so I don’t eat until late morning or early afternoon. It was the coffee that got me though. I was starting to get a very slight headache.

The 1st cup afterwards tasted sooooo good!

Fasting blood work isn't too big a deal as long as the draw is first thing in the morning.


My appointment is at 4:20 PM. I told them that there would be no fasting blood to draw.

That’s a little late to do a draw. Damn!

What is your IF schedule. I try to go three days on occasion ...i actually like how I feel.

25+20 days vacation+3 personal days, 48 days off sounds right. No weekends 104+ holidays say 14. So 166 days from 365. Leaving 199 non-slag days.

Shots don't always work. I went for 18 months and it did nothing.
