This a tough matchup. I do love M&Ms. Obviously, the peanut ones are the best, but the classic are good, too! I like biting off the hard shell first while it’s in my mouth and then letting the chocolate dissolve. Plus, satisfying color sorting!

I have to give my vote to Starburst on this one, though. They are the best candy to eat while you’re stoned. If you have cotton mouth it’s like the perfect cure. And they’re so flavorful! Party in your mouth!

You know I’m gonna have to roll up with a hot take though… the yellow ones are the best.

I like Starburst fine, especially the lemon ones, slightly warmed from my pocket.

But my grandma used to put out little custard dishes of plain M&Ms around her house. Grandpa had a sweet tooth. She kept doing it after he passed.

And chocolate M&Ms will always mean "love" for me.

Why do you hate m&m's? Why chose the inferior "plain" m&m? If you put plain vs peanut, peanut wins every time. Peanut butter, almond, caramel, pretzel.

Peanut wins this easy. Plain is so pedestrian. If Starburst only came in the cherry and strawberry flavors, I'd vote that way over plain. As it stands, I'm truly torn and don't know which I'd reach for.
You display the "fun size" and iirc, the fun size Starburst only have 2 or 3 inside. Chances of being shutout on the best flavors and being truly disappointed are real. For that reason, I vote for boring old plain m&m's.

It disturbs me how much I agree with you. Peanut M&Ms would win hands down. However I think I'm going to have to vote for Starburst. Strawberry is my least favorite, but I'll throw a temper tantrum for ALL the cherries.
