I think it is a little nonsensical to combine a thread that was, hopefully, genuinely helpful, with a thread that is literally, "Why have I been banned?" The thread about advice for people to snag a chat partner was doing well without having been combined. That's my ten cents, though.

A thread like that might do better in the How To forum? Not sure which would be best to reach chatters, though. I think they only come here to this forum when having tech issues or want to pretend they don’t know why they were banned.

I didn't create the thread. It's not really a complaint or anything, other than an observation. I believe one of the Chat Mods created the thread. I am not sure how much overlap there is between chatters and forum users. I've noticed a lot of people only do one or the other. I don't know what traction it did get, but it seemed like a good primer for male chatters who wanted to actually obtain chat partners who were women. That's really all I have to say.

Oh no worries. I think the general consensus was basically just, "Wut." It wasn't genuine outrage. I did wonder if maybe it was an overload of enthusiasm, which is forgivable.

Guys I will recreate the thread tomorrow and I will go through with quip and have the posts moved to the proper place. Sorry I have been getting over a cold and feeling like splattered shit. quip let me know and sometimes the threads are a bit wonky. But I admit i did not see the actual problem until someone pmed me. People make mistakes; goodness knows I certainly do. I'm just lucky mine aren't made in front of an audience, most of the time.

Hi.

Last Monday when I shared in the Taboo Chat room a link to a Lit E Forum post I wrote (reason: i felt my Lit E Forum post could be room topic related) and almost immediately, without warning, I was kicked from all chat. I was told Lit E links are acceptable to share in the chat rooms. Or has this policy changed? I certainly wouldn't have shared the link if no longer policy. Is the chat ban I'm experiencing a result of this? Could you please advise?

This is a follow up to a Message I sent and hoped maybe by resending it here, I may get a reply?

i use a vpn as well and i have never had an issue and you have been banned Forbidden. If you wish to know why you can pm. Also look at the date that was posted...she asked that back in July.

That’s not the reason. Incest is all over this site. It hasn’t been working for be either. I think it’s very unstable or maybe it doesn’t like VPNs.

Your monicker tells a story that might be related to your ban.
Yes, there is a fantasy story section here that involves family. On almost all of the stories is a disclaimer regarding such. There are portions of this site that are unmoderated. And then, there's chat - which happens in real time with immediate post-and-response. Which is why we are more aggressive about censoring the content there. Because people struggle with the difference between fantasy and "I want to talk about some stuff I did". There's a key difference.
