Hard to keep up at times. I can't speak for anyone else, but I don't expect everyone to keep up with every post. That's a full time job all in itself IMO.I haven't been reading all the messages when I come into the thread lately. I just answer quotes. I'm ashamed to admit I missed something being wrong

Honestly, having to poop is a very solvable problem. Painful problem that can mimic things like heart attacks. But solvable.
Wouldn't it be nice if the solution were "patient just needed to give a few shits"?

I almost never set my alarm because I typically wake up at five. This morning I woke up right around that same time, went to the bathroom and back to bed. My wife was up too, and we started talking a little bit and I figured I’d get up.
I did. Two hours later! I usually leave the house at seven, not wake up at seven.
Today was just one of those days. But it was beautiful. The trees are right at peak foliage right now and I tried to be in the moment as much as I could. I had lunch with some brokers today and instead of going back to the office, I went home to work.
It was so fucking beautiful.
This is a gorgeous time of year.
