I like moist tasty bacon, not too crisp and definitely not limp. Limp bacon is a bridge too far. Somewhere in the middle suits me.

Turns out after all that thinking about lunch I went to the bank to get money, got gas and completely forgot to stop and pick up lunch.

So now I am thinking about soup and bacon and not happy about it.

Well, after much thought I ended up eating a pb and j sandwich and I have to be honest - it was one of those frozen ones with no crust.

thick cut bacon, air fryer, 5 to 6 pieces so not overlapping, 10 mins at 360 degrees, flip, 6-7 more mins, let rest 5 mins or so...perfect chewy crispy bacon.

Um... can you come over and make that and we'll try it out? Because I'm not sure I got those instructions right...

That is very specific. I’m ok with that and it sounds good but no Hawaiian bun please. Add ketchup and a little mustard and some pickle relish.

No, lol the hot dog trucks are on the street, or exit and entrance ramps on the highway. Unless we are talking about NYC. Those carts are everywhere and the hot dogs are great.

We don’t have that hot dog trucks. Only some food trucks. And I know our vending have some kind of food but in almost 7 years I’ve truly never looked that close or bought anything from it.

I have only been to NYC once, and it was decades ago when I was a kid.... but I remember loving the hot dog carts all over the place.

Come to think of it, I only remember the statue of liberty, a little of the Empire state building, the roof of the World Trade center, the lion statues outside the library (I think)... and the hot dog carts.

Nope. Seen it with my own eyes..... Sure, you recognize the hog and cow as they walk off the truck.....but eventually it all becomes nondescript pink goo shooting down the tube as the smell of artificial smoke and ammonia coolant overwhelms you. Trust me when I tell you those tears and salivation are not from joy.
